Description
The vines are planted on predominantly red clay soil, which supports the ripening of grapes as sunlight is reflected by the soil. The Macabeo grapes are selected from old vines aged between 30 and 50 years old, while the Garnacha Blanc come from young vines.
Straw yellow in colour with pale steely glints. The nose is expressive and intense with aromas of peach, apricot, tropical fruit, flowers and herbs. The palate is lively and fruity, offering invigorating acidity. An elegant, easy-drinking white with an enjoyable, fresh finish.
Food matches: Delicious with fish, paella and seafood pasta dishes.
