We are particularly excited to have the Raúl Pérez Ultreia Saint Jacques back on our list – as they have a rockstar following across the wine world. Their priority is to exert the minimum influence on their grapes, thus achieving non-standardised wines. On the nose, notes of violet and fresh aromas of noticeable minerality arise with delicate nuances of cocoa and coffee. An exuberant wine, with lots of volume, it is perfectly balanced and exceptionally more-ish!
