Indulgent notes of honey, yellow plum and citrus blossom typify this delicious, caressing white wine, with subtle notes of fennel and aniseed. Soft and open on the palate with a fine supporting acidity and up front, juicy drinkability. Whole cluster pressed and spontaneously fermented in wooden tronconic vats.
