Yellow in colour with golden reflections. Indulgent notes of honey, yellow plum and citrus blossom typify this delicious, caressing white wine, with subtle notes of fennel and aniseed. Soft and open on the palate with a fine supporting acidity and up front, juicy drinkability. Whole cluster pressed and spontaneously fermented in wooden tronconic vats.
Food matches: Delicious with fish, shellfish, white meat, and cheese.
