Discover our selection of Rathfinny sparkling wines produced by a family-owned wine estate located on the South Downs of Sussex. The vineyard is situated on a south-facing slope that is rich in chalk soil, making it ideally suited to the production of fine sparkling wines.
Vintage Sussex sparkling wines are produced using low-intervention, traditional methods from hand-harvested grapes that are whole pressed and slowly matured.
