Rapaura Springs (pronounced Ra-para) is a unique oasis in the dry Marlborough landscape with natural underground springs providing a life source for the vines. This pure water enables the vineyards to produce outstanding fruit with minimal intervention.
The Dillon’s Point sub-region imparts a delicious blackcurrant herbal note. The Rapaura sub-region provides generous, ripe,
passionfruit and tropical flavours. A small portion of French Oak was used in selected parcels to give this wine the textural
qualities you’ve grown to expect – yet plays no part in the aromatics.
Food matches: Perfect with creamy rock oysters or a tomato, feta and basil pasta.
