Tasting Notes

It has smooth texture coupled with tannic pop on the finish. In between, there are fine aromatics and flavours, plus a very graceful mid-palate. It is a Burgundy knock-off. The tannic pop on the end is not too fierce. Open it now if you must. It can still easily improve. Drink 2016 – 2025.

Food Matches

Slow roasted shoulder of lamb with roast potatoes and winter veg.
