Description
The top gun wine from Puech Haut, an intense cherry red colour, bright and clear with purple reflections. The nose opens with aromas of ripe black fruit with more candied notes, all supported by a toasty character. The palate is full, ample and expressive with aromas of ripe fruits and elegantly woody.
Serves at: 14-16°C
A wine to be enjoyed in the winter months – why not give partridge or pheasant a whirl, or even a hearty stew.
