70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir from Epernay. Grapes Harvested in 2009, 30% Pinot Noir reserve from 2007. Bottled June 2010, minimum ageing 6+ years. Pale salmon pink with copper orange tinges. Elegant, with plenty of red fruit, strawberry and orange citrus backed by a cleansing bitterness.
Pair with triple cream brie, sweet bread and a Mascarpone cheese. Ideal for a romantic afternoon picnic in the park.
