A complex and smooth champagne with an excellent balance of fruit and minerality with a fine perlage. The nose delivers aromas of citrus, apple, crème brulee, apple, white flower and a hint of smoke. and traditional, brioche. Flavours of vanilla, biscuit, citrus and peach balance one another.
Food Matches: Lovely with shellfish, crab and lobster.
