Description
Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats, the Guilhem Rosé 2023 is bright coral in colour. The nose reveals intense and pleasant floral and mineral aromas. The palate is well-balanced and fresh, with flavours of redcurrants and berries. The finish is taut and delicious, thanks to its freshness and length.
The Moulin de Gassac label was created in the early 90s by the father and founder of Mas de Daumas Gassac, Aimé Guibert. As a result of his discovery of the exceptional amphitheatre site of Villeveyrac, an unusual partnership was born. Following the introduction of the vine pull schemes, he began to work with the individual vine growers in the area with a view to saving its plots. The Moulin de Gassac wines played a decisive role in preventing the disappearance of this terroir. Thereafter, Mas de Daumas Gassac confirmed the wines’ unique identity with their own signature: Moulin de Gassac.
Food Pairing: Superb with grilled meats and vegetables, salads, tapas, and charcuterie.
