Lou Coucardié Rouge 2014
This cuvée is named after the tradition of the regional bull games where man is pursued by the beast. This strength and courage embody their winemaking approach; new territories are constantly explored with the hope of discovering the most intimate expression of the terroir. The wines are ample with ripe fruit and reveal phenomenal balance. Extremely dark in colour signifying the vast concentration. The nose is tremendously complex and powerful, delivering aromas of blackberry, spices, vanilla and eucalyptus fused in perfect harmony. The palate is rich and velvety without being too heavy. This wine draws out to reveal an opulent finish of fresh fruit and ripe tannins.
Nostre Pais Blanc 2017
Nostre Païs Blanc is all about freshness, purity, balance and boundless exuberance. If last year Michel swore 2016 was the best year of his career, he thinks 2017 might just be even better. Although a tiny harvest, this medium-bodied white is an intense pale-yellow colour with green reflections and delivers beautiful fresh fruit notes, ample mouthful and fine-grained tannins. The complex nose reveals mineral and floral notes with hints of citrus fruit. The palate is tremendously lively, bursting with fruit, white flower and a touch of flint adding purity. The finish is very soft revealing the extent of the minerality.
Nostre Pais Rouge 2016

A real crack-a-jack wine.
