This cuvée is named after the tradition of the regional bull games where man is pursued by the beast. This strength and courage embody their winemaking approach; new territories are constantly explored with the hope of discovering the most intimate expression of the terroir. The wines are ample with ripe fruit and reveal phenomenal balance. Extremely dark in colour signifying the vast concentration. The nose is tremendously complex and powerful, delivering aromas of blackberry, spices, vanilla and eucalyptus fused in perfect harmony. The palate is rich and velvety without being too heavy. This wine draws out to reveal an opulent finish of fresh fruit and ripe tannins.
