Founded by Brian and Nicola Bicknell, Mahi emphasizes texture and true vineyard expression in their wines. Sourced from the Twin Valley Vineyard, this Chardonnay is whole-cluster pressed and fermented with indigenous yeast in French barriques, aged for 15 months. It presents an array of citrus to tropical fruit characters, complemented by natural yeast and barrel aging, with an elegant structure, creamy mid-palate, and long finish.
