This is our new house Champagne – and we are very pleased to list this grower champagne indeed.
Family owned and committed to producing champagnes of the highest quality. With a blend dominated by Pinot Noir, Brochet’s Non-Vintage Cuvee is deep golden yellow with a fine mousse. Fairly intense nose with some red fruit and slightly toasted characters. Full bodied and lengthy flavours with a smooth finish. The wine shows excellent poise and drinks beautifully after extended ageing in the Brochet’s cellar.
