Lagar de Cervera is a denomination of La Rioja Alta: discovered in 1988 when its parent company went on a search for white wine excellence. The estate is the largest Albariño vineyards in Rías Baixas at 77 hectares. Its unique microclimate allows for early ripening which, in turn, benefits the quality of the wines, with a perfect ratio of acidity, alcoholic strength and aromatic intensity.
