A medium-bodied red wine
Tannat 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Cabernet Franc 20%
As you would expect from a Tannat dominated wine, this offers density of colour with the grip of young, and as yet not fully resolved, tannins. The addition of the Cabernet varieties soften this wine, which is best sampled on the warmer side to emphasise its jammy dark fruit brambly flavours.
