Brilliant clear pale golden yellow. Nose of white flowers, apricot and white peaches. Intensely powerful and elegant aromas. Freshness, round, rich and full-bodied on the palate. Fully expressive of the terroir. Great finesse and freshness. A pleasant light acidity is well balanced with round fleshy fruitiness.
Serves at: 12-13°C.
Food matches: Beautiful with delicate fish, foie gras, scrambled egg and truffles or as an aperitif.
