Description
Domaine de Laulan Sauvignon is a pure expression of the varietal, notes of flowering currants and elderflower on the nose, crunchy green-grassy fruit on the palate and a clean citrus finish. This wine is fresh and uncomplicated.
Dubbed the brains behind the appellation by Paul Strang in his book “The Wines of The South West of France”, the charismatic Gilbert Geoffroy (hailing from Chablis) makes benchmark Sauvignon for Domaine de Laulan. Known for his expertise, Geoffroy is known as the “Pope of Sauvignon”.
