Another Tour du Vin destination, we visited the Guegniard family on the
Loire trip in 2016. Garnet red colour of beautiful intensity with purple hues.
Open nose, aromas of red and black fruits. Bottled after a minimum of nine
months in vat it is everything an Anjou Rouge ought to be – soft delicious fruit,
little structure, no harsh tannins. Just simply delicious, pure pleasure!
Serves at: 14-16°C
Enjoy with braised meats such as beef and pork.
