With 5 months barrel aging, Cingles 2018 expresses the freshness of high minerality on the palate with tropical notes and white fruits, followed by a lean, energetic, and intensely lingering palate.
Part of the Clos Pons Collection Wines, Cingles 2018 is limited-production, with only 3,200 bottles produced. Made exclusively of Garnacha Blanca from the farm that shares its name “Els Cingles”, located 510 meters above sea level in Clos Pons, l’Albagés. Displaying the particularity of the terroir and the conditions of the vintage, the finca’s agriculture is organic and characterized by its clay-like calcareous soil.
The perfect pairing for rich cheeses, creamy rice dishes, smoked fish, tomato pasta, seafood, and shellfish.
