Description
The Sénéjac 2021 is aged in oak barriques for 18 months before bottling and is full of cherries, black olive and cocoa on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with noticeably firm tannins and more black fruit notes than the nose. Some earthy, chalkiness comes through with the oak on the finish. This wine will benefit from a few years in the cellar.
