Made from equal proportions of grapes from the Château’s three plots, the blend is dominated by Grenache (2/3) and Syrah (1/4). Cinsault, Muscardin, Counoise and Mourvèdre bring complexity to the wine. Aged primarily in stainless steel tank, it is elegant and punchy with seductive aromas of fresh fruits. The red Saintes Pierres de Nalys is a wonderful expression of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation with round and generous tannins and lovely frame. Enjoyed young, it is full of richness and freshness.

Serves at: 16-18°C

Food matches: An assortment of charcuterie, red meat grilled or cooked in a sauce like a spring lamb stew, a platter of aged cheeses.
