Perfumed, full-bodied and complex, from 40 to 60-year-old vines. Aged 9 to 14 months, 60% in vats and 40% in 1 to 6 yo Bordeaux barriques. Classic notes of sweet black raspberry, cherry and violets on a very elegant structure with good acidity. Made in an approachable style yet will age up to a decade.
This red is perfect with grilled or barbequed steak, beef and lamb.
