Description
Château Bouscassé is a domain that has belonged to the Brumont family for several generations. It comprises of 50 hectares of large clay-lime soil along the cliff of the commune of Maumusson-Laguian. This terroir is also nicknamed ‘Le Pied de Côte de Saint-Emilion’ with humor, because the Tannat gives the wine certain characteristics similar to the great wines of the right bank of Bordeaux: rigor, fine structure and long aging potential.
