This Pacherenc du Vic Bilh Sec demonstrates the glory of Petit Courbu, the first large dry grape variety in the South-West according to Alain Brumont. Betting on an almost 100% Petit Courbu cuvée, he demonstrates the full potential of this little-known, smooth and silky grape. Like the colors and scents found in the artistic gardens of Château Bouscassé, the Jardins de Bouscassé cuvée develops aromas of exotic fruits and field flowers, reflections of the scents of the Gascon meadows.
