The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented in stainless steel tanks and then left in French oak barrels for over a year to increase the expressiveness of the wine. Dark red in colour, with purple reflections. The nose is aromatic and displays tart red fruit aromas, along with sweet liquorice and a touch of smoke. The palate is velvety, with refreshing fruit flavours. The finish is long and lively. Deliciously drinkable.
