Description
Bodega Caelum is named after a small constellation that can be seen in the Southern sky which represents a chisel, the sculptor’s tool. As the chisel is to a sculptor, the hands are to the winemakers. Caelum is a family-run boutique winery producing wine with 100% estate grown Argentinian grapes. First harvested in 2009, the vineyards are located 1000 metres above sea level at the foot of the Andes Mountains, and next to a small farm growing pistachios.
A wine with a deep red-ruby colour and violet hues. It presents fruity aromas such as red fruits and ripe cherries. Very elegant, smooth and fresh in mouth, with a long persistence. For some fun – taste it alongside the Caelum Cabernet Sauvignon– and let us know which one you prefer!
Serves at: 15-16°C
Food matches: Enjoy with all manner of meat dishes: a simple steak or a generous cheeseboard is perfect.
