Bramìto della Sala is a refined Chardonnay from the vineyards of the historic Castello della Sala estate. The 2023 vintage benefited from a mild winter, plentiful spring rain, and warm summer temperatures, leading to perfectly ripe, aromatic grapes. Vinified with a mix of stainless steel and oak fermentation, this wine showcases notes of white flowers, chamomile, and Golden Delicious apple, with a touch of vanilla. It offers a fresh, vibrant palate with a full expression of its varietal character.
