A very traditional Chablis made from old vines, fermented and matured in steel vats to preserve the steely flavours. The Chablis is pale straw in colour, it has fresh and floral aromas of white peach and pineapple with hints of citrus and green apples. On the palate, delicious notes of nectarine and peach are presented. This wine is exceptionally well balanced, with a fresh acidity, silky mouthfeel and a lingering finish.
Food matches: This wine is wonderful with crayfish and lobster.
