Chateau La Tuilerie Du Puy – Tradition 2016 is a classic Bordeaux red. This red wine comes from the family-owned property of Chateau La Tuilerie du Puy. The family have been there since 1616 and is established in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, surrounded by the Dropt River for more than 3 generations. The Waud Wine Club have long links back with the estate as we visited there on our Tour du Vin in 2012.
Bordeaux reds, also known as Claret, have become very popular over the years – and this is one of the easiest drinking wines on the circuit.
The latest generation at Chateau La Tuilerie du Puy took over in 1996, with our friend Michael Regaud. As you would expect, he has a great passion for wine, the same love of travels, and still this pioneering spirit that characterizes the family. After working with wine in California, Michael brings his international experience to the family estate.
