Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and shipped by DPD using their Next Day service (delivery by the end of the next working day).
Orders to remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland) may be sent with DPD’s Two Day service (delivery within two working days).
High value or high volume orders may be sent out with London City Bond (LCB) couriers who do not currently offer active tracking. Please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (020 3727 0180) for updates on this.
Please note we only ship to Mainland UK addresses (Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey excluded).

Members of the Waud Wine Club receive free delivery on orders over £125.
Order Tracking and Updates
DPD deliveries are fully trackable on the DPD website including GPS updates and estimated delivery times.
The DPD tracking website gives you the option to:
- Change the delivery date or address
- Add a neighbour or safe place where the delivery can be left
- Collect the delivery from your local DPD Pickup Shop

Breakages and Returns
Occasionally orders are damaged in transit. We will automatically reship these with no additional cost.
If there are any issues with the goods you receive (e.g. missing, incorrect, or faulty goods) please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (020 3727 0180) for support.
Corked or Defective Bottles
If a bottle in your order is corked, or otherwise not as expected, please get in touch and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Sometimes older vintage wines such as Chateau Musar 2000 can be difficult to open as the cork weakens over time: we will be happy to put you in touch with Chateau Musar’s customer service team who can provide additional information on how to best enjoy these wines.
